While the claim and form factor of both remains almost similar for both the products, the differentiation could be actual delivery and the price. 

Where Maybelline Baby Lips Elctro Pop claims an 8 hours stay and improvement at every perpetual use, Lakme Lip Love claims to be steady and working till 12 hours. Since I have tried only Electro pops and not Lakme, it would be difficult for me to suggest which brand lives its claim better. 

Another difference is in Pricing. Lakme Lip Love is priced at rs 200/- wherein Maybelline is priced at Rs 165. 

As I say, the proof of pudding is in eating and experience may vary from one individual to other. As far I am concerned, I liked the packaging of Lakme Lip Love but since I have not used it as yet, I would not be able to substantiate the claim.

Nevertheless, you should go ahead and try one today. After all, nothing compromises care and color when it comes to lip.
