Makeup Tutorial: Meeting Plus Dinner Look Using Oriflame Cosmetics

7 Days, 7 Looks with Oriflame

Swedish Cosmetics major- Oriflame India had come with a concept of creating 7 DAYS, 7 LOOKS and challenged me to pick and create a look for the week from their #OneForEveryday series.

I have picked the "Spice Up Wednesday" look which is an Office Meeting look that Doubles up for a Dinner Date.

Spice up Wednesday: About The Look

The brief was simple. I had to create -

1) A simple yet spicy Wednesday look that is basically a meeting look and can double up as Dinner Date

2) Create the look using products from Oriflame "The One" range of products including their wonderful makeup brushes.

The team wanted me to pick the maximum products from their catalogue [how graceful of them] to create this look. 

Since it is a professional meeting look, I chose to keep it simple, subtle and almost "no makeup" style. 

The idea was to create something that can survive the day, looks good and sheer enough to steer through a dinner meeting- romantic or official. 

Product Used

I have used all the products from "The One" range of Oriflame with an exception of the bronzer from their Giordani range [as they run out of stock from blush from the ONE range].

The One range from Oriflame has some beautiful array of products from head to toe including some lovely eye pencils [my favourite], eye shadows, makeup products and tools. The objective of my video is not just to help with an easy-peasy, practical makeup look but also to show the versatility of the range and to highlight how the right makeup can turn every day around and to show the youth, colour and exuberance of the range.

Whoa! That is a lot of product. Ain't it? Well, no. I have received a suggested list/supply slightly larger than this and have to skim through them to come up with the final list.

I have opted for subtle and soft shades to keep the day factor in mind. Have used the lip spa care lip balm as the moisturizing base. It is one of the most awesome lip balms that I encountered thus far. It is poised and subtle, but has this oomph factor to swey your lips of. 

6) Hair Brushes & Other Tools

7) Fragrance

It is summer time and irrespective the fact whether you are wearing a makeup or no, wearing a mild fragrance that can sail through the day is equally important.

What could accentuate summers better than white lilac? Hence, I have picked this Innocent White Lilac fragrance from Oriflame Women's Collection. It is subtle, refreshing and energetic. It has a dewy, powdery note that is so worth at INR 1399. Check this out!
